Fasting for Hunger - Day 10

It has been 10 days. I am now one-third of the way through the fast, and I only have two symptoms worth mentioning - lightheadedness and unusual sensitivity to other people's emotions. Other than that, I'm absolutely fine.

Yesterday, the UN declared a famine in parts of Somalia. For this to happen, at least 30% of children must be acutely malnourished, and 4 in 10,000 children must be dying every day. While aid is indeed arriving, it is not nearly enough.
